Learn how to manage your OpenText Core SCA subscription.

Cancel your subscription

If you are not satisfied with the current premium offering, you can contact us.

To cancel your premium subscription:

1. Go to Billing on the left side menu.

2. Click your subscription.

3. Click Cancel subscription.

4. Enter the reason (if applicable) and click Confirm cancelation.

Reactivate your account

If you previously canceled a subscription, you can reactivate it with just a few clicks. To do so:

1. Go to Billing on the left side menu.

2. Click your subscription.

3. Click Reactivate subscription.
